Zebaana is a brand operated under its registered parent company, CUBOID (PRIVATE) LIMITED. References to "Zebaana", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms include CUBOID (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

Products and Pricing

Base prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If other currencies appear, conversions are estimates and may differ at checkout depending on payment provider rates. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities available for purchase
• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Correct pricing errors

Orders and Payment

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not automatic acceptance.
• Orders are confirmed once payment authorization and availability checks are completed.
• We may cancel orders affected by fraud risk, stock errors, pricing errors, or policy violations.
• Online payments are processed through SafePay secure checkout.
• Cash on Delivery is available for Pakistan orders only and may require confirmation before dispatch.

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device settings. Minor variations in handcrafted items are inherent to artisanal work and are not considered defects.

Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or courier disruptions. Zebaana pricing is all-inclusive: shipping, duties, and taxes are included in the order total shown at checkout. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Exchange and return eligibility depends on item condition, purchase type, and request timing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, images, graphics, product designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to CUBOID (PRIVATE) LIMITED (operating as Zebaana) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebaana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
