Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation
  • Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • Urgent cancellation requests should be sent via WhatsApp and email

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible exchange and return requests on unworn items that meet the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags and authenticity seals must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned used, stained, damaged, or missing original tags
  • Items returned without proof of purchase or outside the policy window

How to Start a Request

  • Email cs@zebaana.pk within the policy window
  • Include order number, reason, and clear photos if there is a defect
  • Our team confirms approval and next steps before shipment

Exchange Guidance

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Domestic exchange pickup may be arranged by our team
  • Our team confirms exchange logistics and timelines before shipment

Refund Timeline

Once an approved return is received and passes inspection, refunds are initiated within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank posting timelines can vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Approved claims are prioritized for replacement, exchange, or refund based on availability.
